Bio
Zaia Daniel is an Associate in the Corporate & Commercial practice group.
His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, advising clients on various matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financings and general corporate matters.
Zaia is a graduate of the dual Canadian and American Juris Doctor programs at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. During law school, Zaia completed a legal internship at the 35th District Court in Plymouth, Michigan and served as a student intern at the University of Detroit Mercy's Veterans Law Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Zaia obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Management from York University.
Before joining the firm as an associate, Zaia was an associate in a downtown Toronto firm's corporate and commercial practice group. Outside the office, Zaia enjoys spending time with family and friends and is involved with the Assyrian-Canadian community in the Greater Toronto Area.
