Bio
Xenos is an associate and a member of the Corporate & Commercial practice group.
Xenos provides legal counsel on a wide range of business law matters. He routinely advises on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and matters of corporate governance for both for-profit and not-for-profit entities. Xenos takes pride in precise legal drafting and developing tailored solutions for his clients. He approaches each matter with a view to building constructive business relationships for his clients while protecting their strategic interests.
Xenos is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. During law school, Xenos worked for the House of Commons of Canada and was later a division leader at the Community and Legal Aid Services Program (CLASP), for which he routinely appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice to advocate for his clients.
Xenos also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Ethics, Society, and Law from the University of Toronto and maintains a keen interest in politics, public policy, and international relations.
He is a dedicated fan of the Leafs and the Raptors and can be found on hiking trails during the offseason. Xenos is fluent in English and Cantonese.
