Mark practices employment, labour (union), human rights, occupational health and safety and OMVIC law by providing both litigation and corporate/commercial advice and representation to small to large businesses, corporations, and associations.
A substantial number of Mark’s clients are involved in the retail automotive industry and the logistics industry.
Mark has been a partner with the firm since 2006. He is recognized by The Best Lawyers in CanadaTM in the area of Labour and Employment Law.
