Samantha Scimmi

Samantha Scimmi is the Chief Operating Officer at Loopstra Nixon LLP, leading the strategic implementation that fuels the firm’s growth and development. Joining the firm in 2015 as the HR Manager, she has played a key role in streamlining operations, enhancing client services, and fostering a culture of excellence across all departments.

She is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Leading Professional Service Firms program, which has further equipped her with the skills to drive the firm’s success. In her role, Samantha oversees day-to-day operations, implements best practices, and ensures efficient processes that elevate the firm's performance. Her commitment extends beyond operational efficiency to nurturing a collaborative environment where talent thrives, aligning professional growth with the firm’s core values.

Raised with a strong sense of community involvement, Samantha has served on boards and planning committees for various non-profit and charitable organizations, including co-founding a not-for-profit volunteer centre. She currently coaches youth soccer. Outside the firm, Samantha prioritizes family time and enjoys getting lost in the woods (aka camping).
