Julian Papes

Julian articled with Eric Feige in 1996.  Following his call to the Bar, Julian joined a firm specializing in condominium real estate developments.  Julian rejoined Feige Nawrocki in 2001 and practiced there until the firm’s merger with Loopstra Nixon LLP in 2023.

Julian’s practice is primarily focused on serving the needs of the firm’s real estate and business clients.  This includes the purchase, sale, refinancing and redevelopment of various types of real property (both commercial and residential), land assembly for redevelopment, commercial leasing, corporate work and estate planning.  In addition, Julian has acted for lenders securing mortgage loans and court appointed receivers of real estate and business assets.

Outside the office, Julian enjoys skiing and is an automotive and Formula One enthusiast.
