Bio
Jenelle practices civil litigation with an emphasis on public sector and municipal liability.
She has experience representing upper and lower tier municipalities, police boards, school boards, and various other public entities throughout the province at every stage of litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Jenelle practiced at a prominent litigation firm in Toronto where she honed her skills handling complex causation and liability issues in the context of roadway maintenance and design, regulatory negligence, occupiers’ liability, sports/recreational facility liability, and land use planning matters. Jenelle is an effective advocate who has appeared at multiple levels of court in Ontario, as well as the Ontario Land Tribunal (formerly the Ontario Municipal Board).
When Jenelle is not busy advocating for her clients, you can find her traveling, taking dance classes from coast to coast, and brainstorming the invention of a force field around her keyboard that repels sticky-fingered toddlers.
