Emal Faiz

Emal works closely with the commercial and residential lending group, specializing in a diverse range of residential and commercial financing transactions, with a particular emphasis on secured lending. He always strives to provide quality advice in a timely and cost-efficient manner to his clients. 

Emal obtained his Bachelor of Law/Juris Doctor from the University of Southampton in 2017 and was subsequently called to the Ontario Bar in May of 2020. His educational background also includes an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Guelph before embarking on his legal journey. 

Before joining our firm, Emal articled and practiced at a prominent litigation/real estate law boutique firm, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing corporate and commercial real estate transactions. 

In his free time, Emal finds solace in spending quality time with his family, pursuing his passion for cooking, watching documentaries, and playing sports.
