Bio

Claire is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation group.

She is developing a broad commercial and civil litigation practice. Claire advises and advocates for clients across a wide range of matters, including contractual disputes, director and officer liability, shareholder disputes, defamation, real property litigation, employment disputes, and injunctive relief. She has appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario and on motions, applications, and trials in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. She has also acted in private arbitrations.

During law school, Claire represented Osgoode at the 2020 Walsh family law negotiation competition. She was also a Dean's Fellow for first year Public and Constitutional Law.

Claire articled at the firm and re-joined as an associate following her Call to the Bar in 2022. Before law school, she spent three years working in the Canadian music and copyright industry.
