Brock Withey

Brock acts for a number of corporate clients in the private sector as well as not-for-profit corporations through incorporation to dissolution.

He has managed the transition for not-for-profit corporations under the new Ontario Not-for-profit Corporations Act and has experience with share/asset transactions and corporate governance.

Brock joined the firm as an associate after completing his articles and first years of practice at a full-service firm in Kingston Ontario. Brock obtained his J.D. from the dual law program offered by the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Prior to law school, he graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts Honours with a specialization in business law.

When out of the office, Brock enjoys spending his time on a golf course or up at the cottage with family and friends.
