Belinda Fallavollita

Belinda is the Director of Information Technology at Loopstra Nixon LLP, with over 25 years of experience at the firm, including more than 15 years in IT management. She has been instrumental in leading the strategic transformation of the firm’s technology infrastructure from a single local network to a robust cloud-based environment servicing multiple office locations.

In her role, Belinda is responsible for executing the firm’s IT strategy, managing large-scale projects, and ensuring the seamless integration of innovative technologies. Her leadership extends to overseeing all aspects of IT operations, from infrastructure development to cybersecurity. Belinda’s expertise enables her to identify opportunities for technological advancements and implement improvements that enhance the firm’s overall efficiency and security.

A key part of Belinda’s role is fostering a high-performing IT team. She is committed to providing direction, coaching, and mentorship, ensuring that her team consistently delivers exceptional performance and supports the firm’s growth and development.

Outside of work, Belinda enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.
