Ankit Sareen

Ankit is a member of the firm's corporate/commercial and real estate group, where his practice focuses on banking and financial services. 

In his practice, Ankit regularly represents lenders and borrowers on a variety of commercial transactions often involving complex lending arrangements, cross-border components, and specialized industries. These transactions include asset-based financing, construction financing, equipment financing, and syndicated loan arrangements. Ankit also maintains a broad corporate and real estate practice, where he provides strategic legal advice in areas of business and real estate law. 

Ankit is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and University of Toronto. During his time in law school, Ankit worked with the federal government at Innovation, Science, and Economic Development Canada, where he assisted the Copyright and Trade-mark policy directorate with policy analysis and drafting.

Outside of law, Ankit enjoys tennis, golfing, and spending time with his family.
