Andy C. Jairam

For over 15 years, Andy’s practice has focused on defending municipalities and private insurers in a variety of claims including complex personal injury matters, property and building code claims and commercial disputes. Andy has argued before all levels of Court in Ontario.

Andy’s focus is on working with his clients to develop a sound litigation strategy that meets the client’s objectives. Andy’s strengths lie in understanding the case, identifying the risks and efficiently communicating the strengths and weaknesses of the case to the client. As an advocate, he is also adept at vigorously advancing the client’s defence at Discovery, Mediation, Pre-trial or Trial.

Andy consistently contributes to the municipal liability field by writing in publications such as the Municipal Liability Risk Management Newsletter, speaking for a variety of municipal and insurance associations as well as conducting training seminars for municipalities.
