Adam Burt

Adam Burt is an associate in the Corporate & Commercial practice group.

His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, advising clients on various matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financings and general corporate matters.

Adam is a graduate of the dual Canadian and American Juris Doctor programs at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. During law school, Adam completed a legal internship at the Third Judicial Circuit Court of Michigan. He was involved in several extracurricular activities, including the Windsor Law Hockey Team and the Windsor Law Golf Association. Prior to law school, Adam obtained his Bachelor of Sport Management from Brock University.

Before joining the firm as an associate, Adam summered and articled at an international full-service firm in Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020. Outside of the office, Adam enjoys playing hockey, golfing and attending live music shows.
