Graham Phoenix, Quinto Annibale, and Mark Joblin Recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada: 2022 Edition

Loopstra Nixon LLP is proud to announce the inclusion of partners Graham Phoenix, Quinto Annibale, and Mark Joblin in the 2022 Edition of the distinguished The Best Lawyers in Canada list.

Graham has been recognized for his work in Insolvency and Financial Restructuring Law. Leading Loopstra Nixon's Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Restructuring Group, Graham represents and advises clients in litigation and corporate/commercial transactions and has considerable cross-border experience under the BIA, CCAA and Chapter 15 of the US Bankruptcy Code.

Quinto and Mark have been recognized for their work in Municipal Law in Loopstra Nixon's municipal, land use planning and development law group. 

Quinto has over 30 years of experience as an advocate -- appearing before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (formerly the OMB) in hundreds of cases. He is also an accomplished author and lecturer, frequently speaking at conferences throughout North America.

Mark's experience includes appearances before the local Planning Appeal Tribunal (formerly the OMB) in matters concerning Growth Plan Conformity, Official Plan and Zoning Amendments, Site Plan Approval and Development Charges. He has been with Loopstra Nixon since his articling days.

Recognition by Best Lawyers is determined by peer review, which is "designed to capture, as accurately as possible, the consensus opinion of leading lawyers about the professional abilities of their colleagues within the same geographical area and legal practice area," according to Best Lawyers'  website.

The 2022 edition marks Quinto's second year of being on the Best Lawyers list. The publication is recognizing Graham and Mark for the first time.
