Elliot Saccucci Recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada

Loopstra Nixon LLP is proud to announce that partner Elliot Saccucci has been recognized in the first Canadian Edition of  Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for his outstanding work in Labour and Employment law.

The  Best Lawyers in Canada: Ones to Watch list recognizes lawyers who are earlier in their careers in private practice and have exhibited professional excellence in their respective practice areas. Like the other Best Lawyers categories, Ones to Watch recipients are selected through a peer-review process. 

Elliot is a Partner and Co-Head in the firm’s Labour and Employment Group and the Head of its Sports Law Group. He practices all aspects of employment law, as well as administrative law and sports law. Elliot routinely acts on behalf of clients litigating discipline and discharge issues, breach of restrictive covenants, picketing injunctions, human rights, and wrongful dismissal. He also advises employers in day-to-day employment and human resources issues and on acquisitions and divestitures of businesses.

Elliot will be joining three other Loopstra Nixon partners in being recognized by Best Lawyers, albeit in different categories.
