Another M&A Transaction Closed by Loopstra Nixon in the Transportation Space: Fastfrate’s Acquisition of ASL

Fastfrate has grown into a diverse group comprised of 4 companies operating out of 15 terminals across Canada. 

Joining under Fastfrate’s portfolio is ASL Distribution Services Limited (ASL) – a leading transportation, warehousing, distribution and final mile service provider. The acquisition of ASL includes all operating entities and projects an increase of $120MM in 2021 to Fastfrate Group revenue. In addition, ASL's home and office final mile delivery division currently completes over 2 million deliveries per month which Fastfrate sees as a great opportunity for growth and entry into the e-commerce marketplace.
