Allan Ritchie presents OBA Program on "Advising U.S. Buyers in Private Company Acquisitions"
On February 5th, Loopstra Nixon partner, Allan Ritchie presented at the Business Law Program during the Ontario Bar Association's Annual Institute at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto.
His presentation, titled "Advising U.S. Buyers in Private Company Acquisitions", was attended by particpants in person and over webcast across the Province.
Allan is licensed to practice law in Canada (Ontario) and the United States (New York) and manages a global corporate finance and commercial law practice. In 2015 Lexpert Magazine named Allan one of "Canada's Leading Canada/US Cross Border Lawyers to Watch", in recognition of his international business law practice.
