Allan Ritchie Honored as Managing Partner of the Year at the Canadian Law Awards

Winners were announced at the Canadian Law Awards gala celebration on May 9, 2024.

We are proud to congratulate Loopstra Nixon Managing Partner Allan Ritchie, who has been selected as Managing Partner of the Year for 2024 by the judges of the Canadian Law Awards. Allan shares the award with Kevin Kiley of McInnes Cooper, who was also announced as a winner at the ceremony.

Allan started with the firm as an articling student, and throughout the course of his wide-ranging and accomplished career, his vision and enthusiasm for Loopstra Nixon has always been undeniable. Since taking on the role of Managing Partner in 2017, Allan has built on the solid foundation that our founding partners Sandy Nixon and Chuck Loopstra established and has guided the firm through a period of record-breaking growth, including the successful execution of the largest law firm combination in Toronto in over a decade.

We are proud to see Allan’s efforts recognized on a national platform, and we congratulate all of the exceptional lawyers who have been recognized at the Canadian Law Awards this year.
