We represent coaches, athletes and teams in professional and amateur sport.

Our lawyers have appeared in private arbitrations, at the GTHL Discipline Committee, the Sports Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada, and before salary arbitrators for the National Hockey League.

We provide advice and representation in team selection, carding/funding, discipline, doping, salary and endorsement matters. We have experience negotiating salary and endorsement deals with professional sports teams and major athletic apparel and equipment companies. We have deep ties in the hockey and lacrosse communities, having acted for both professional lacrosse players in the NLL, MLL and PLL, coaches and players in the GTHL, as well as professional hockey teams in the NHL.

We also provide arbitration services, adjudicating cases on behalf of Provincial Sports Organizations and National Sports Organizations within Canada’s elite amateur athletic system.
