We represent employers on a range of union matters.

We provide advice with respect to union drives and provide counsel and representation for required Responses to Applications for Certification and applications regarding Unfair Labour Practices, and Labour Board appearances, including hearings before the Ontario Labour Relations Board. Our services also include collective bargaining.

Advice and counsel with respect to labour matters, including union obligations and implications are provided with respect to the sale/ acquisition/ merger of a business. This is usually done in conjunction with our corporate commercial team.
