Judicial Review

We represent municipalities in Judicial Review Applications such as Code of Conduct complaints and Integrity Commissioner reports, MFIPPA, conflicts of interest, quashing of by-laws, and Human Resources matters.

The firm also has represented municipalities in numerous appeals to the Ontario Divisional Court, Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
