The lawyers in our Banking & Financial Services group leverage our strong relationships with institutional lenders in negotiating construction loans for our clients.

We have advised developers and municipalities with respect to the acquisition, financing and construction of properties for commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality and retail development.

When required, our group works closely with our Commercial Real Estate and Litigation teams in the event assistance is needed with respect to contract negotiation, real estate, zoning, and dispute resolution.
