Our team frequently advises municipalities on enforcement matters pertaining to Municipal Act, Planning Act and Building Code Act contraventions, including Site Alteration By-laws, Property Standards By-laws, Zoning By-laws and subdivision and site plan agreements. 

Many of these enforcement matters lead to interlocutory and permanent injunctive relief, closure orders, mandatory remediation orders, and cost recovery orders.
