The Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Restructuring team acted on behalf of the receiver in two separate receiverships, in the successful sale of six retirement and long-term care homes to six individual purchasers.  Three of the homes were in receivership for nearly a year, during which time our team addressed all manner of legal and operational issues with the receiver, including various COVID outbreaks.  After jumping though operational and legal hoops with the Receiver, Loopstra Nixon is pleased to be part of ensuring these facilities could carry on to care for the residents.
