The Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Restructuring team acted for Henry’s, the well-known, homegrown national retailer of cameras and equipment.  Henry’s filed a notice of intention to make a proposal under the BIA, ultimately running a sale and investment solicitation process to solicit offers to acquire or invest in the business.  Ultimately, a management group was the successful offeror, effective restructuring the business through a sale that resulted in an optimized business model focussed on growth.
