Multi-jurisdictional trade secrets proceedings

Loopstra Nixon Partner Paul Martin defended his client in multi-jurisdictional civil and criminal proceedings resulting from the misappropriation of trade secrets from the client’s former employer. Paul was successful in resisting an interim injunction and obtaining the dismissal of the criminal charge. He also negotiated favourable terms of settlement, including his client’s continued employment.
