Fastfrate Group and Roynat Inc. close significant infrastructure financing

Loopstra Nixon LLP congratulates our longstanding clients, the Fastfrate Group of Companies and Roynat Inc. on their closure of a strategic financing transaction.

The financing consists of a $300,000,000.00 infrastructure loan funded by Roynat. The loan is Fastfrate’s largest infrastructure financing to date and will allow the company to continue on its significant growth plan.
