Bio
A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School in 1976, Eric established his own firm in downtown Toronto following his call to the Ontario Bar in 1978. Since then his firm's practice has grown successfully along with its clients. Eric is pleased to say that clients from that year continue to be clients of the firm.
Eric's firm, Feige Nawrocki LLP, merged with Loopstra Nixon LLP in 2023, where the synergies among them will assure clients with a broader range of services and support.
Eric's practice focuses primarily on owner-managed businesses and their legal requirements, including advising on mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring and commercial and industrial property matters that are inherent to every business.
Eric endeavours to provide creative solutions to business problems, whether in the automotive or manufacturing industries, the commercial or industrial real estate sector, or in acquiring or divesting business assets in a restructuring situation.
Eric sits on various Boards of Directors where his participation adds additional value with many long-standing clients. Eric will dive deeply whenever needed to assist a business client with virtually all of his or her legal needs.
Away from the office, Eric enjoys golf and skiing and is known to have a taste for fine wine with good friends.
